Ordered this book and figured I give it a review. I’ll post more later as I get into it.

So far the book is providing quite a bit of “food for thought” as it takes you through the process from “incident” thru “investigation” and into “now is a good time to call your lawyer.” Very well written for those of us that are not “lawyers.”

The book reminds me of the “Whatever for Dummies” type of books you see everywhere. Written from the legal side, but written so that everyone could understand.
